Fried shrimp in butter sauce

 FRIED SHRIMP IN BUTTER SAUCE


Ingredients :

500 grams of large shrimp

50 grams of margarine

7 tablespoons of soy sauce

7 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

2 cloves of garlic crushed


How to Process:

1. Discard the spiky, grunt-headed ends of the prawns.

2. Scratch the back with a knife, removing the colored dirt

black.

3. Fry until cooked over high heat. Remove and set aside.

4. Saute garlic with margarine.

5. Add soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

6. Dab there smooth.

7. After boiling, add the fried shrimp.

8. Stir briefly over the fire so that the spices absorb. Lift.

9. Serve while hot.
