Chocolate birthday simple recipe

1. Material:

Wheat flour 225 g

Cornstarch 40 g

Dark chocolate cooking 300 g

Cookie margarine 50 250 g

Chocolate powder 50 g

Egg whites 10

Egg yolks 8

Sugar 400 g

2 tbsp instant yeast

Baking powder 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Baked chocolate that has been melted

Combine sugar, butter, eggs, instant yeast, salt, and baking powder. Shake the ingredients until they expand.

After the dough expands, add the wheat flour, cornstarch and chocolate powder gradually while stirring constantly.
