Indonesian simple vegetable soup
Ingredients
Potatoes: 1 piece.
Carrots: 4 pieces.
Cabbage / cabbage: ± 100 grams.
Beans: ± 100 grams.
Leaves: 2 to 3 sheets.
Meatballs: 5 grains.
Beef / chicken meat: to taste
Tomatoes: 1 piece
1 tsp saltChicken flavor / taste royco: to taste
Margarine: to taste for sautéing.
Clean water sufficiently.
Ground spices :
Garlic: 2 to 3 cloves.
Onion: 4 cloves.
Pepper powder: ± ¼ teaspoon (adjust if for children).
How to make a simple soup
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.Carrot thin and cut thin.Open the cabbage / cabbage sheet and cut the sheet about 3 cm.Remove the edges of the beans and cut into slaughter pieces about 2 cm.Remove the ends of leeks and cut into pieces about 2 cm.Meatballs can be cut into 2 or 4 parts of the grain.If using beef or chicken meat can be cut to taste.Slice thin thin tomatoes, do not forget to wash first.Wash all vegetables except meat, tomatoes, or meatballs. Do not forget to separate the leeks.
How to Cook Vegetable Soup
